5  Cookies, analytics and advertising

The website uses necessary cookies and may use optional analytics, personalisation and advertising technologies. These may be supplied by Wix or services such as Google and Meta. Optional technologies are managed through the website’s privacy settings where available. Disabling some cookies may affect website functionality. Your browser may also allow you to block or delete cookies.

6  When we disclose information

We may disclose relevant personal information to providers that help operate the business, including Wix, payment processors, banks, shipping and fulfilment services, email and customer-communication services, analytics and advertising providers, accountants, professional advisers, technology providers and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product.

7  Overseas processing

Some service providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in countries where Wix, payment, analytics, advertising, communication or cloud-service providers operate. The countries involved may change over time and may not always be practicable for us to specify. We take reasonable steps appropriate to our role when selecting and using providers, but overseas recipients may be subject to different privacy laws.

8  Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the size and nature of the business to protect personal information. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure. If a data incident occurs, we will assess and respond to it in accordance with applicable law.

9  Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including fulfilment, customer support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal compliance. Information is deleted, de-identified or securely retained when it is no longer required, subject to legal and technical limitations.

10  Access and correction

You may request access to personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct inaccurate information by using the Contact page. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within a reasonable time and explain any lawful reason for refusing a request.

11  Marketing choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. We may still send non-marketing messages needed to administer an order, account or subscription.

12  Privacy complaints

To raise a privacy concern, contact us through maximumminis.com and describe the issue and the outcome you seek. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied and the Privacy Act applies, you may be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
