Terms and Conditions
Effective date 14 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern use of maximumminis.com and purchases from Maximum Minis. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1 About Maximum Minis
Maximum Minis is an Australian online retailer of 3D-printed resin display models and tabletop miniatures. References to “Maximum Minis”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the operator of maximumminis.com. You can contact us through the Contact page on the website.
2 Eligibility and website use
You must be legally capable of entering a contract to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order for you. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it at unreasonable scale, or use its content or services unlawfully.
3 Product nature and safety
-
Products are display models or hobby miniatures, not toys, and are not suitable for children.
-
Products are normally supplied unpainted in grey resin unless the listing expressly states otherwise. Painted or digitally coloured images may be shown as inspiration only.
-
Some models require assembly. Cyanoacrylate-style glue is generally recommended. Assembly and painting instructions are not ordinarily supplied unless stated in the listing.
-
Resin parts may be fragile and may contain small parts or sharp points. Broken or unassembled parts can present a choking hazard.
-
Products are printed to order. Minor support marks or surface marks consistent with resin printing may be present and can ordinarily be addressed during normal preparation and finishing. This does not affect any rights relating to a genuine defect or failure under applicable law.
4 Product information and scale
We try to ensure descriptions, measurements, photographs and prices are accurate. Measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Finished dimensions can vary slightly because of printing, curing and assembly. Colour appearance may vary between screens. If a listing offers different sizes, poses or configurations, you are responsible for selecting the required option before checkout.
5 Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where a product is unavailable, information or pricing is materially incorrect, payment is not authorised, fraud is reasonably suspected, a licensing restriction prevents supply, or delivery to the address is not reasonably available. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
6 Prices, currency and payment
Checkout will be processed in Australian dollars as disclosed at checkout. Shipping, taxes and other applicable charges are shown before payment where practicable. You authorise the payment provider to charge the amount displayed at checkout. Payment services are supplied by third-party providers and may be subject to their own terms.
7 Production and dispatch
Most products are printed on demand. Unless a listing states otherwise, the usual dispatch estimate is 5–7 business days after an order is placed and payment is confirmed. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Further information appears in our Shipping Policy.
8 Cancellations and changes
Because production may begin shortly after an order is accepted, contact us promptly if you request a change or cancellation. We may accommodate the request if production has not begun, but we do not guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled. This clause does not limit any non-excludable rights.
9 Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees
Our Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. Goods supplied to consumers come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, a failure may entitle you to a repair, replacement, refund or compensation. We do not offer returns solely because you changed your mind, subject to any separate written promotion or promise we make.
10 Intellectual property and licences
The website, branding, photographs, written content and other materials are owned by or licensed to Maximum Minis. Model designs remain the intellectual property of their respective designers and licensors. Purchasing a physical print does not transfer an STL file, reproduction right, commercial licence or right to recast, scan, copy, distribute or sell the design. You may use the physical product for personal hobby, painting, display or gameplay purposes, subject to law.
11 Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, image or other content, you confirm you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful and not misleading or abusive. You grant Maximum Minis a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display and reproduce that content for operating and promoting the business. We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary.
12 Third-party links and services
The website may link to designers, social platforms, payment providers or other third parties. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their separate content, availability, privacy practices or terms.
13 Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maximum Minis is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products where that loss was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.
14 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to our products, services, technology or legal obligations. The version displayed when you place an order applies to that order unless a change is required by law. Material changes to ongoing subscriptions are addressed in the Mystery Club Subscription Terms.
15 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and any applicable state or territory laws. You and Maximum Minis submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction over the relevant dispute.
