Freja - The Storm Caller
Freja's wild mane and hooded cloak mark her as one touched by the tempest. Orphaned during a legendary hurricane, she was raised by a coven of sea witches who recognized the storm's blessing upon her. Her voice can summon winds or calm raging seas, making her invaluable to any longship's crew; and terrifying to their enemies. The intricate lacing of her armor was woven with ritual chants, each knot binding her power so it doesn't consume her entirely. On moonless nights, sailors claim to see her silhouette walking across the waves, and wise captains leave offerings at her shrines before embarking on dangerous voyages.
